Officially launched Hanoi Aqua Central project with 238 apartments

Savills Vietnam and Hanoi Water Tower Joint Stock Company officially introduced Hanoi Aqua Central project to the market on the afternoon of July 5.

 

Hanoi Aqua Central project is a complex of 5-star hotels and commercial apartments with a modern and luxurious style developed on a total area of ​​6,800 m2 at No. 44 Yen Phu - Hanoi.

According to Mr. Tran Van Phong, General Director of Hanoi Water Tower Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Aqua Central is the only project located in the city center, next to the Red River. The project includes a 5-star hotel building, a 21-storey high-rise commercial apartment building with 3 basements designed with a height of 6 basements.

 

Along with that, the internal utility system is fully equipped and closed: commercial center, supermarket, four seasons swimming pool, gym, outdoor play area, children's play area, kindergarten, café, restaurant.
